At Prajapati Clinic, we prioritize transparency, fairness, and compliance with Indian law in all our patient interactions. Please read this policy carefully before booking appointments or making payments on our website.
Appointment Booking and Payment
All appointments—whether for in-person or teleconsultation—require advance payment of the consultation or service fee. Once payment is made and your appointment is confirmed, the following policy applies.
No Refund after Booking
- Strict No-Refund Policy: Once an appointment is booked and payment is processed, the consultation fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, except for cases of technical/duplicate payments or clinic-initiated cancellation.
- Patients who are not satisfied with the appointed homeopathy doctor may request to consult with another qualified homeopathy doctor at the clinic (subject to availability) for the same session, at no extra charge. However, the original appointment fee remains non-refundable.
- If Prajapati Clinic is unable to provide your appointment due to doctor unavailability, clinic closure, or any unforeseen circumstance, you may opt to reschedule with another available doctor or receive a full refund—at your preference.
- In case of duplicate payments or transaction errors, please contact us with transaction details. After verification, a prompt refund will be issued (within 7 working days).
Cancellation and Rescheduling
- You may request to reschedule your appointment by notifying us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled slot. Rescheduling is free and subject to the availability of desired slots and/or doctors.
- Cancellations made by the patient (for any personal reason) will not entitle you to a refund of the consultation fee. However, you may use the paid fee to consult another doctor at the same clinic/time (if available).
Legal Compliance & Consumer Rights
This policy is governed by the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Nothing in this policy restricts your rights under applicable Indian law.
For online transactions, in accordance with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and the Information Technology Act 2000, all payments are handled through secure gateways and patient payment/financial details are protected as per our Privacy Policy.
